When my parents moved to their new house about ten years ago, Scott and I convinced my parents that their Wassily chairs did not go with their new decor. We also convinced them that they would look perfect in our apartment. They have lived with us ever since. True, one chair has an enormous rip down the center and the other has a new rip on the arm, but we love them. They have been in the family for 22 years.

Sawyer likes them too. Here he is lounging.

The chairs have a pretty stiff angle to them. Once he gets up, he can’t get down.

So he stays stuck.

What a goofball.
