Our usual routine of reading to Sawyer has taken a turn, now more often than not he gets to direct the action. Yesterday I saw him pointing to things in one of his books, and letting Abby tell him what each thing is. That’s pretty astute for the little bugger, I don’t know how he does it.
Tonight, after dinner and before his bath, Sawyer and I sat down to read one of his all-time favorite books:
Notice that ball or “ba” is now in his vocabulary. He’s big into belly buttons too:
Granted, he reads this book at least seven times a day, but he really is getting good at it:
